Responsibilities
Provides customer service to students, faculty, administrators, and the public, including answering phones and greeting Department visitors
Performs data entry of expenditures, reconciles funds, and reviews fund balances, under the guidance of CHHS administration and the Chair/Director
Assists Chair/Director in tracking faculty schedule availability and preferences
Keeps inventory of office equipment and supplies
Perform needed admin duties for the RTP, SPOT, lecturer evaluations, range elevation, and promotion processes
Qualification
Required
Equivalent to four years of administrative support experience required
Requires a knowledge of various Microsoft Products, including Microsoft Office
Microsoft Excel experience and skills are required
Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community
Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures
Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university's commitment to a 'vision of excellence.'

Experience in PeopleSoft
Experience in Sharepoint
Experience purchasing and managing a budget
