Responsibilities
You will be in the team that owns the growth and PnL of the US and Canada gifting team
We expect the candidate to be proactive in order to find creative solutions for our growth challenges and remove road blockers
Perform analysis and experiments to find growth opportunities for the Financial Products at Uber
Scale new and existing processes to allow the business to efficiently operate and realize growth
Analysis of transactions and financial product features, payment costs metrics, guide incentive programs and ensure high-quality experiences on the Financial Product experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
6+ years' experience working in at least one of these industries/areas: retail, gift cards, payments, fintech, strategy, operations, business development, banking, digital retailer or consulting (with a focus on commercial operations and/or marketing)
Strong proficiency with Excel / GSheets, SQL
Preferred
Previous experience in gifting operations, retail operations or consulting
8+ years working in at least one of these industries/areas: retail, gift cards, payments, fintech, strategy, operations, business development, banking, digital retailer or consulting (with a focus on commercial operations and/or marketing)
Ability to manage and influence stakeholders, lead meetings, follow up to keep up the project's pace and act as a business owner in front of many different levels of leadership
Program Management: Candidate must be organized and efficient to handle multiple initiatives and pushing them to the finish line with collaboration from multiple stakeholders
Problem Solving: Candidate must be data-driven and be able to combine data with common sense to identify root causes of challenges faced by the team and propose concrete solutions
