Regional Sales Manager
Vogrinc Search Group is partnering with an established manufacturer in the machine tool industry to identify a Regional Sales Manager. This role focuses on managing customer relationships, developing new business, and supporting growth within manufacturing and capital equipment markets.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer relationships within an assigned region
Develop new business opportunities across manufacturing markets
Support customers with engineered machine tool solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective customer solutions
Prepare proposals, pricing, and sales forecasts
Represent the company through customer visits and industry events
Qualification
Required
Experience selling capital equipment or precision machine tools
Understanding of manufacturing environments and customer buying processes
Proven ability to manage accounts and develop new business
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Willingness to travel 50-75% or as needed
