Responsibilities

Develop and execute the AI roadmap for GSM go-to-market (GTM) functions in alignment with enterprise revenue goals, working closely with leaders and stakeholders across GSM
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that extend and scale employee efficiencies and effectiveness to simultaneously improve the customer experience and grow company revenue
Support AI governance through stakeholders' awareness and guidance on standard company AI processes and tools
Partner with data science, analytics, and IT teams to oversee and provide business input to the design and build of internal AI solutions that are scalable, ethical, and user-friendly
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI initiatives are aligned, delivered, adopted, and drive value across departments
Co-lead the delivery, training, adoption, and engagement of AI applications with relevant department leaders across GTM employees, ensuring tools are embedded into daily workflows and delivering tangible value
Drive AI literacy and change management across GTM teams, enabling adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms that integrate with existing GTM systems (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, pricing engines, customer data platforms)
Track and report on AI initiative performance, including ROI, adoption, and business impact

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening

Preferred

Typically requires 8+ years of management experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Operations, or GTM strategy roles
2+ years of experience leading or contributing to AI or data-driven initiatives
Experience with AI/ML applications in GTM contexts (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, HubSpot AI, Adobe Sensei, pricing optimization tools)
Strong understanding of GTM processes, KPIs, and customer lifecycle management
Certifications or coursework in AI, machine learning, or revenue operations
