Responsibilities
Create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product, from on athlete to retail
Leverage 2D and 3D tools for schematic creation and lay-down product page creation
Create documentation for downstream partners and review strike-offs
Track and maintain updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval
Attend Production Art meetings and align with the team
Identify personal action items and be available as the go-to graphic production resource
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
3+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment
Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables
Knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
Strong listening, communication and organizational skills
Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team
Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community
Preferred
Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Browzwear)
Understanding of Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro
A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential
