Senior Account Manager – Content

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients — leading with strategy, empathy, and accountability
Develop and guide content marketing strategies that align with business goals and client KPIs
Oversee campaign execution from concept through delivery, ensuring excellence in every deliverable
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate creative, editorial, and performance insights
Analyze results and translate performance data into actionable recommendations
Proactively identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Qualification
Required
At least 4-5 years experience in a B2B content or demand generation agency, managing multi-channel programs with a strong content marketing foundation
Proven experience managing B2B or tech clients — cloud, SaaS, or enterprise experience strongly preferred
Strong content marketing background; managing editor or editorial strategy experience a major plus
Skilled at juggling competing priorities in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment
Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Comfort with project management and analytics tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Google Analytics)
