HR Generalist

Responsibilities
Implement and administer a variety of human resources programs and services, including recruitment and staffing, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, employee relations, and EEO/affirmative action compliance
Process personnel transactions accurately and maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Assist in responding to employee inquiries and resolving routine HR issues; escalate complex matters to senior HR staff as appropriate
Collect, analyze, and maintain internal and external HR data to evaluate organizational practices and support benchmarking against market trends
Support compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, regulations, and internal policies
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
0–2 years of relevant human resources experience
Entry-level to early-career role; work is performed under direct supervision with guidance from higher-level HR professionals
Demonstrates foundational knowledge of human resources principles and practices
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Collaborative mindset and customer-service orientation
Attention to detail and organizational skills
