Engineer II

They are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to support U.S. Navy programs involving advanced RF systems and electromagnetic propagation, focusing on modeling, simulating, and analyzing RF signals in various environments.
Responsibilities
Modeling, simulating, troubleshooting, and performing analysis of RF signals in maritime and complex operational environments
Working in both laboratory and operational environments
Collaborating with Navy personnel, government engineers, and cross-functional contractor teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
Strong understanding of electromagnetic field theory and RF propagation
Proficiency in vector mathematics
Proficiency with MATLAB for modeling, simulation, and data analysis
Knowledge of antennas and RF system fundamentals
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must support test events and at-sea operations as required
U.S. citizenship as well as a U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level with Top Secret / SCI eligibility
Preferred
Experience supporting U.S. Navy, DoD programs, or defense-related RF systems
Knowledge of antenna placement, interference, and RF behavior on shipboard or maritime platforms
Experience with electronic test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, signal generators)
