InternKrispy Kreme is a beloved sweet treat brand headquartered in Charlotte, N.C. They are seeking a Total Rewards Intern for a 10-week summer internship that provides hands-on experience in HR reporting, benefits administration, and compensation analysis.

Responsibilities
Generate and maintain HR reports to support business needs, leadership requests, and ongoing HR initiatives
Audit employee data regularly to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Gain exposure to benefits administration and compensation structures by supporting related projects and day-to-day activities
Assist with compensation survey participation by gathering, validating, and submitting required data
Support the analysis and implementation of minimum wage increases, including impact modeling and preparation of related communications or documentation
Assist with incentive plan calculations, ensuring data accuracy, proper methodology, and preparation of related reports
Review the onboarding forms by locations, and accurate lists of the forms each location needs to be compliant
Build out New Shop Opening (NSO) and Shop Closure check lists
Create standard operating procedures for managers to support the new employee experience
Qualification
Required
Recent or current undergrad/grad students who have or will graduate between May 2025 - May 2027
Holds a recent degree or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar areas of study
Interest in people-focused work
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
Has intellectual curiosity, is passionate about learning, and ready to take on new opportunities
Strong communication skills (written & oral) with attention to detail
Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, shift priorities, and work under tight timelines
Ability to efficiently work in an office environment
