Responsibilities
Maintain accurate client information records in conjunction with the finance team
Identify and validate invoicing amounts to ensure financial accuracy
Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision-making within the pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising context
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a relevant field
3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications, or a related highly-regulated industry
Demonstrated understanding of the pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing lifecycle
Familiarity with the MLR submission process or similar regulatory workflows is a significant plus
Exceptional data analysis and client management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Veeva PromoMats
Preferred
Advanced degree (e.g., Master's)
Familiarity with a multi-channel marketing (MCM) approach
A strong portfolio demonstrating success in financial analysis or operations
