Responsibilities
Maintain detailed knowledge on mental health billable program revenue models, pay sources, and requirements for realizing revenue
Monitor and forecast mental health revenue performance across programs and services ensuring productivity and on time goals are achieved
Maintain accurate records necessary to back-up claimed revenue
Keeping Regional and National team informed, monitor receivables and report out on amounts aging, received, or not yet paid by program pay sources
Proactively communicate with pay sources to follow-up on aging receivable accounts
Produce weekly reports that provide transparency on revenue and accounts receivable activity
Ensure accurate recording of all information that is used to calculate and produce revenue and document in S.O.P
Partner with IT and Data teams to improve infrastructure for revenue analytics and forecasting
Lead cross-functional revenue strategy meetings and present findings to director and executive leadership
Create and maintain revenue reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to revenue that are in alignment with National standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or financial analysis
Prior supervisory experience in related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Prior supervisory experience in field
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
