Responsibilities
Deliver multiple Solution Demos per day
Highlighting RightCapital's value proposition
Manage touch plans – reaching 30+ advisors daily
Work the sales process to increase revenue
Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen the process
Partner with Sr Sales Team to work legacy pipeline
Partner with Sales Development Associate team to build new pipeline
Build weekly target lists
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years' experience in sales
Fin Tech experience a plus - Prior Advisor licensing a plus
Growth Mindset – Must have a ‘can do' attitude and believe challenges help you grow
Hustle – Must be willing to work hard each day
Communication Skills – Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem Solving – Must be able to identify the full scope of the challenge and work toward finding an effective solution
