Sport Live Video Production Manager (Live Streaming / Broadcast)

They are seeking a Live Streaming / Broadcast Production Manager to lead the technical execution of live streams for professional billiards events worldwide, ensuring high-quality broadcasts across platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end live streaming production for professional billiards events
Manage on-site and remote crew, ensuring roles, comms, and execution are tight
Set up, test, operate, and strike streaming systems (encoders, switchers, replay, audio, comms, network gear)
Troubleshoot in real time and keep broadcasts stable under pressure
Oversee multi-camera switching, audio routing, graphics integration, and live replay workflows
Optimize YouTube + Castr settings for stability, quality, and viewer experience
Partner with content/broadcast leadership to align storytelling, branding, and event vision
Maintain equipment inventory, readiness, and travel/deployment checklists
Build and maintain documentation/SOPs for repeatable, consistent show quality
Develop production guidelines to standardize output across events and content
Qualification
Required
3+ years in live sports streaming and/or broadcast production
Strong technical understanding of RTMP, streaming protocols, network configuration, and AV signal flow
Hands-on experience with Castr, OBS, vMix, and/or Wirecast (or comparable tools)
Solid knowledge of YouTube Live, including channel operations, monetization basics, and CMS workflows
Proven ability to lead crews calmly during live pressure moments
Strong organizational skills—able to write clean SOPs, checklists, and setup diagrams
Willingness to travel internationally and adapt quickly on-site
Passion for sports; interest in billiards/cue sports is a plus
Preferred
Experience with international productions and/or multilingual broadcasts
Familiarity with clipping, highlights, and post-event VOD workflows
Experience building reusable show templates (graphics packages, audio bus layouts, replay macros, etc.)
