Proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients
Uncovering opportunities through needs-based analysis
Positioning appropriate products and solutions
Observing skilled Financial Consultants and learning to deliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
A valid and active Series 7 license
A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license (may be obtained within a 120 day condition of employment)
A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within a 120 day condition of employment)
Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry
Knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services
Strong client relationship building experience
Preferred
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification
Financial business development experience
Multilingual abilities - Mandarin/Cantonese language proficiency
