Responsibilities
Gather, organize, and validate data from internal and external sources
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular quality checks using Excel and other tools
Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, missing values, and formatting issues
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights
Build and maintain reports and dashboards using:
+ Excel (advanced formulas, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
+ Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics)
Use Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib) to automate data cleaning, reporting, and basic statistical analysis
Partner with agents and internal teams to understand data needs and provide timely, accurate insights
Provide real-time data support to agents and operational teams via phone and internal channels, including:
+ Report requests
+ Data validation questions
+ Performance and production metrics
Translate business questions into clear data requirements and actionable reports
Present findings in a clear, concise way to both technical and non-technical audiences
Document data sources, report logic, and workflows to ensure consistency and scalability
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, reduce manual work, and increase reporting efficiency
Assist with optimizing dashboards and standardizing recurring reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in progress or recently completed in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic macros
Experience with at least one data analysis language or tool (Python, SQL, or R)
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics, or similar)
Basic familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Internship or prior work experience in data analysis, operations, or analytics
Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and validation
Exposure to statistical analysis or business intelligence concepts
Experience supporting internal users with reports, dashboards, or data requests
