Responsibilities
Follow and commit to meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for safety and quality requirements
Provide timely inspection in assigned areas with feedback to area leaders
Ensure all inspection are logged into QC2 and they are complete
Ensure that Quality standards are being followed in area
Ensure that all variable data for the area is collected and entered in QC2 or Shopfloor
Preform Quality audits throughout the plant
Become ABYC certified
Become greenbelt certified
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2 years of past Quality experience
Direct experience and knowledge of how to solve problems at their root, specifically as is related to quality
Knowledge of various plant processes to identify the causes of problems with product quality as well as potential concerns during product launches
High School or equivalent
The ability to read Assembly prints and work instructions
Excellent organizational skills
Positive attitude and team player
Demonstrated drive for continuous learning and development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to interact with a diverse group of people to create an environment that is equitable, inclusive, and cooperative
Have proficient computer skills MS Office, PowerPoint
Attention to detail and processes
Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred
