Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end management of steel construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and manage expectations
Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet key project milestones
Lead site logistics, including material coordination, manpower allocation, and equipment needs to optimize efficiency
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, resolve any issues, and manage potential project risks
Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and financials to leadership and stakeholders as needed

Required

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in steel construction project management
Background in steel projects with experience from either a general contractor or subcontractor perspective
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
