Responsibilities
Partner with Field leadership to define, measure, and monitor key performance metrics across pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention
Deliver high-quality insights and analysis that guide tactical and strategic decisions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that provide real-time visibility into field performance using Contentful’s Insight360 platform and modern BI tools
Collaborate with the central Data team to ensure data integrity, develop new data capabilities, and define requirements for future enhancements to the data platform
Act as Data Steward for the Field organisation to help drive data capture improvements, define key metrics and attributes as well as ensure strong data hygiene for field owned data
Conduct deep-dive analyses on key topics such as funnel conversion, territory design, forecasting accuracy, and field capacity planning
Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Finance to create a holistic view of the customer lifecycle, connecting data across the revenue funnel
Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for field leaders and executives
Act as a trusted advisor to field leadership, driving data-informed strategy, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending operational efficiencies
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the Field organization by promoting data fluency and self-service analytics
Qualification
Required
Hands-on analytics expertise with a passion for solving commercial challenges through data
Experience in defining, measuring, and monitoring key performance metrics across pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention
Ability to deliver high-quality insights and analysis that guide tactical and strategic decisions
Experience in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and models using modern BI tools
Collaboration experience with data teams to ensure data integrity and develop new data capabilities
Experience as a Data Steward to drive data capture improvements and ensure strong data hygiene
Ability to conduct deep-dive analyses on key topics such as funnel conversion, territory design, forecasting accuracy, and field capacity planning
Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams to create a holistic view of the customer lifecycle
Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations
Experience acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving data-informed strategy and operational efficiencies
Ability to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within an organization
