Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field
10+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 8 years of job-related experience
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
Strong knowledge of RMF, NIST SP 800-53, and secure systems engineering
Proficiency in Linux/Windows security features, Secure Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and cloud-native technologies (e.g., FedRAMP)
Ability to identify risks, resolve technical challenges, and champion security in all designs
Exceptional communication skills, experience mentoring engineers, and ability to lead cross-functional teams
Active TS/SCI clearance with on-site availability (3-5 days/week at Buckley AFB)
Preferred
Ability to influence technical direction and shape the future of technology within the company
Experience in Agile environments and comfort navigating high-security, fast-paced projects
Proven ability to work directly with customers and deliver tailored solutions
Expertise in authoring trade studies, proposals, and position papers to drive results
A creative, self-directed mindset with a strong commitment to excellence
