Responsibilities
Leads and oversees team in concepting phase and delivery based on creative brief objectives
Maintaining a close relationship with the client to ensure understanding of business needs
Takes the lead in overarching design and story, compilation, and presenting of client presentations
Work closely with other members of the team to ensure creative briefs delivering on business needs, and ideas meet high standard of creative output delivering against key objectives
Creative passion to drive strategically sound creative solutions; oversee teams executing creative output
Provide leadership in the creative and production process to ensure best-in-class delivery
Qualification
Required
Located in South Florida and committed to 4-day week hybrid office policy
Minimum of 10+ years relevant work experience with design, art direction, and/or creative direction
Must be forward thinking and embrace creative innovation in the digital space
Must be an effective manager of people to ensure creative department is motivated and enthusiastic, able to empower teams to take on responsibility and be inspired about their work
Hold the position of trusted partner and advocate to clients, providing advice and guidance
Ability and proven track record of leading and building high performing digital creative teams
Must be persuasive and very articulate when it comes to directing or presenting, inspiring confidence and trust in colleagues and clients alike
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Big picture thinking with strong attention to detail
Relentlessly curious about people, technology, brands, design and business
Able to balance a strong point of view with an ability to listen, learn and adapt
Positive, enthusiastic; strong motivation and drive to succeed
