Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and grow Engineering Coordination and Configuration Management teams
Own Configuration Management processes in regulated environments (AS9100 / ISO 10007)
Administer SolidWorks PDM / PLM, including upgrades, validation, and test environments
Manage ECR/ECO change control processes (effectivity, traceability, approvals)
Create and maintain BOMs, routings, and work orders within ERP systems
Govern product data across drawings, models, specifications, and standards
Support translation and comparison software (TransMagic, Kubotek, or equivalent)
Oversee document control systems; create, implement, and sustain SOPs and Work Instructions
Manage customer portals and source authority updates
Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality
Drive data collection, analysis, and reporting to support process improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (automation, simplification, waste reduction)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
5–10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
5–10 years of 3D CAD modeling experience (SolidWorks preferred)
Experience working in regulated or controlled manufacturing environments
Solidworks : 3 years (Required)
