Responsibilities
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
Perform variance analysis and explain results to leadership
Support month-end close and monthly financial reporting
Track and analyze financial performance by product line, business unit, and customer
Assist with audit schedules, tax reporting, and international filings (as applicable)
Analyze foreign currency transactions and financial impact
Identify financial risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis
Improve accounting processes for efficiency and controls
Lead and develop a Staff Accountant
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of relevant accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of GAAP
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning your work
Clear communicator who works well across teams
Someone who can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
Preferred
CPA or advanced accounting certification
