Responsibilities
Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks) in Workiva and assist with XBRL review process
Prepare supporting documentation for SEC filings including tie-out
Perform U.S. GAAP guidance research and benchmarking against industry peers and provide recommendation
Assist in the coordination of external audit/quarterly reviews
Monitor SOX controls to ensure compliance
Maintain corporate reporting calendar and coordinate deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounting operations, Treasury, FP&A, Investor Relations and Legal
Recommend and assist in the implementation of process improvements to streamline processes
Assist Investor Relations team as needed with quarterly Investor relations material review
Work on ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
4 overall years of experience in the field
Bachelor's degree is required to be eligible for this role
Minimum 4-5 years experience with big four public accounting
Minimum 4-5 years experience with Workiva
Minimum 4-5 years experience with SEC
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
4+ years of accounting experience (big four public accounting experience and SEC reporting experience preferred)
CPA license or a progression toward the license is required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams
Good understanding of financial statements, U.S. GAAP, and SEC reporting regulations
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
Proven ability to prioritize activities and manage workload in a complex fast-paced environment with deadlines
Preferred
Experience with Workiva
Understanding of XBRL/EDGAR filing requirements
Experience with SAP
