Responsibilities
Create and design product packaging from the initial concept through final execution with guidance from direct report
Understand product branding as an overall approach to execution including working within licensor style guide restrictions provided
Assist and report to Principal Packaging Designer for daily tasks and support
Design and implement trade show graphics and props
Listen to feedback and execute revisions requested
Execute daily artwork, photography and graphic enhancements or revisions needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
0-3 years of experience in Consumer Goods packaging
Strong knowledge of die-lines & packaging construction
Knowledge of print production
Expertise in Illustrator and Photoshop is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
Professional appearance and manner
Ability to travel
Fluency in English (both oral and written)
Must provide a copy of, or link to, portfolio for review
