Required
This role requires working EST business hours
Quality assurance experience via various audits, inquiring within the team to get data corrected
Experience preparing reports on resource utilization, project progress, or similar metrics, and using visualization tools if necessary
Experience with data entry and management, especially using resource management tools, databases, or ERP systems (Eightfold and Oracle required)
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - Excel skills must be advanced to include use of Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, etc
Recruitment Expertise: Requires experience with the end-to-end recruiting process and recruitment coordination
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
Familiarity with the nature of professional services or consulting projects, to be able to align resources effectively with client needs and business
Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
