Skilled Trades Recruiter
Lincoln Tech is seeking a highly motivated and results driven Skilled Trades Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. The role focuses on sourcing skilled trades professionals to transition into instructor roles, collaborating with campus leaders to manage the hiring process and build relationships with potential candidates.

Responsibilities
Leverage job boards, social media, networking events and other sourcing strategies to identify and evaluate qualified faculty credentials for skilled trades roles (HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Welders, etc.) with the flexibility to source other positions as needed
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and develop strategies. You will act as the main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, conducting interviews and gathering feedback
Post and update accurate, compelling job listings across multiple job boards and relevant platforms, ensuring they align with the position and Lincoln Tech culture
Assess candidates, manage the offer letter process with hiring managers (adjusting pay, start dates, etc.) and guide candidates through the hiring process
Willingness and understanding of the importance of Relationship Building and Cold Calling. Proactively engage with potential candidates, expanding the talent pool and creating lasting relationships to promote strong employer brand
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, or GED required, additional HR or recruiting certifications are a plus
Minimum of 5 years in recruiting or staffing for skilled trades or educational positions, with a strong background in sourcing and placing instructors in fields such as HVAC, Electrical, Welding, and other trades
Proficiency in recruiting tools such as ADP Recruiting is a plus
Ability to effectively use LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms to source and engage candidates is essential for success in the role
Maintain a strong presence on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms to connect with top talent
Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment regulations are a plus
