Responsibilities
Own and deliver a portfolio of enterprise-scale Data & AI projects, ensuring outcomes meet scope, budget, and strategic objectives
Translate business needs into technical strategy — aligning use cases with data architecture, AI capabilities, and governance frameworks
Review and validate technical deliverables including data models, pipelines, integration patterns, and governance processes
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and quality
Maintain real-time visibility into portfolio health, proactively addressing risks and dependencies
Partner with business development teams to shape proposals and identify opportunities for solution expansion
Establish and champion best practices in data and AI delivery, ensuring engagements leverage industry-leading methods and technologies
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on architecture decisions, platform selection, and delivery approach
Qualification
Required
7–9 years of proven success in data management and AI delivery
Hands-on expertise across the end-to-end data lifecycle — from ingestion and modeling through governance and enablement
Deep knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with diverse data sources such as SAP, Oracle, JDE
Practical experience with leading cloud data enablement solutions
Ability to influence senior stakeholders
Coaching cross-functional teams
Driving measurable business outcomes
Proven Leadership – 7–9 years in data management and AI delivery, with at least 3 years in a formal leadership capacity
Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, data integration, and governance
Familiarity with diverse data sources and cloud data management platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Deep understanding of how business drivers influence technical solution design
Demonstrated track record of leading complex programs from inception to measurable results
Skilled at managing executive-level relationships, facilitating alignment, and influencing decisions
Ability to think big picture while ensuring tactical delivery milestones are achieved
Preferred
Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Relevant certifications in Data Management, AI/ML, or Cloud Platforms
PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification
