They are seeking a Project Engineer III - Water/Wastewater who will lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, providing innovative solutions and ensuring high quality standards for clients.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions for projects
Create and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure proper completion
Leading design and preparation of plans, specifications, and calculations for pipeline, lift station, and Water/Wastewater treatment, system components
Work with senior staff to identify potential project risks and develop modification strategies if needed
Ensures that all aspects of the project’s safety comply with regulations and quality standards
Prepares and maintain project documentation, including reports, design changes, schedules, and status updates
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to upper managements and clients

Required

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software's platforms
AutoCAD experience is a plus
Ability to exercise critical thinking and good independent judgement
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets
Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines
Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental)
5-7 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, in one or more of the following: pipeline, lift station, Water/Wastewater treatment design
P.E. required
