They are seeking a Quotation Specialist / Inside Sales professional to prepare competitive quotes, support sales efforts, and maintain pricing integrity.

Responsibilities
Quote Preparation & Analysis: Interpret RFQs/RFPs, analyze requirements, and calculate costs related to materials, labor, and pricing to produce accurate and detailed quotations
Pricing Strategy & Profitability: Apply company pricing guidelines, maintain target margins, and secure vendor cost support when required
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales representatives, vendors, and project managers to clarify scope, specifications, and pricing requirements
Record & Data Management: Utilize ERP and CRM systems (such as P21) to track quotes, monitor status, and document wins/losses
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product and technical knowledge, and follow up on outstanding quotations to drive order conversion
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in pricing, quoting, inside sales, or sales support
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis; experience with CRM, ERP, or quoting systems
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in pricing calculations and compliance with customer and contract requirements
Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with vendors and customers
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Industry experience within manufacturing, distribution, industrial products, plastics, or sealing solutions
