Sales Event Coordinator

Altice USA is a leader in the fast-paced world of connectivity, and they are seeking a Sales Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies and events across the New York region. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, responsible for coordinating various events and managing logistics to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute a variety of events—including, but not limited to, community, sponsorship, and MDU events—across Long Island, the Bronx, and Brooklyn in alignment with marketing and sales objectives
Partner with sales teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage event logistics, develop timelines, coordinate team schedules, and ensure on-site execution meets brand standards
Maintain organized event documentation, including budgets, contracts, recaps, and reports; conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
Manage promotional inventory and premium items, and maintain a comprehensive event calendar aligned with sales and marketing goals
Provide administrative and operational support, including shipping, invoicing, and day-to-day marketing and event-related tasks

Required

1–3 years of experience in event coordination, project management, marketing, or related field required
Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for design
Ability to lead conversations with cross-functional teams and external partners
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel up to 75% within the New York region
Flexibility to support evening and weekend events as needed
