Business Development Manager Nuclear
Structural Technologies is a recognized leader in the specialty construction industry, delivering turnkey solutions that integrate technology, engineering, and construction. The Nuclear Business Development Manager will focus on creating and maintaining high-value relationships and project opportunities in nuclear power plants across the United States.

Responsibilities
Building, maintaining, and growing relationships in nuclear power generation plants through one-to-one meetings, presentations, etc
Identifying and developing project opportunities targeting collaborative delivery scenarios
Facilitating project opportunities through an internal team that includes various disciplines including engineering and construction operations
Attending and/or presenting at industry conferences and trade shows
Actively participating in industry associations
Supporting proposal development, diligent internal and client follow-up, and use of Salesforce to manage client relationships and project pursuits
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of sales experience in the Power Generation market, with nuclear experience preferred
Goal-oriented, positive mindset combined with high level of communication skills
Strong understanding of developing complex projects over extended sales cycle
Preferred
Basic to advanced technical understanding of concrete construction, concrete repair and associated technologies aimed at extending the service life of concrete structures
Experience working in a team environment, preferably engineered products or services in a multi-stepped process
Bachelor's degree
