Responsibilities

Lead design and configuration of SAP Project Systems and FI/CO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO

Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance

Troubleshoot and resolve module-related issues promptly

Manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within scope

Gather and document business requirements; perform gap analysis and propose solutions

Translate requirements into functional specifications for configuration and development

Develop and deliver end-user training and best practice guidelines

Maintain documentation including user manuals, process flows, and configuration guides

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

Support other SAP team members with PS and FI/CO integration expertise

Required

8+ years of SAP experience in Project Systems and FI/CO modules, with extensive knowledge of Project billing and revenue recognition

Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, development, and support

Hands-on experience with function modules, enhancements, and user exits

Strong communication, collaboration, and training skills

Ability to develop innovative, efficient solutions

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; team-oriented mindset

Highly customer-focused with a positive attitude

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Familiarity with BI and data warehouse tools is a plus
