4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration
Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Experience working with federal or state government clients
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) and OmniStudio
