Responsibilities

You’ll manage the daily posting schedule for TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn, and the YouTube Community tab
You’ll spend part of your week "in the field" (or in the studio) producing original unconventional businesses
You’ll take The Hustle newsletter and our YT deep-dives and "translate" them for social
You’ll spend time every day in the comments and Community tabs
You’ll constantly be looking at the numbers, tracking what social content is best at converting viewers into newsletter and YouTube subscribers

Required

Experience managing social media channels including TikTok, Reels, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Ability to produce original video content
Experience in repackaging content for social media
Strong community engagement skills
Ability to analyze social media metrics and track content performance
Passion for business stories and translating them for a broad audience
Tech-fluency, including the use of AI for content creation
Strong visual sense for creating engaging thumbnails
Experience editing short-form social content
Ability to work independently and creatively with limited resources
