Responsibilities
Define and execute the company’s long-term corporate strategy, aligned with shareholder and board objectives
Lead market entry and expansion strategies, including geographic growth and new product verticals
Conduct industry, competitive, and regulatory analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships, joint ventures, M&A, and investment opportunities
Work closely with the CEO, CFO, COO, and Board to support capital strategy, fundraising, and investor communications
Translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps for product, operations, and go-to-market teams
Support strategic positioning with institutional clients, regulators, and ecosystem partners
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable impact
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, investment, or management consulting, preferably within financial services, fintech, or crypto
Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, capital markets, or alternative investments
Proven experience working with institutional investors, boards, or global stakeholders
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning capabilities
Track record of driving growth initiatives in high-growth or early-stage environments
Excellent communication and executive presence; able to influence at the board and C-suite level
Bachelor's degree required

MBA or equivalent advanced degree
