Senior Client Partner
Kipi.ai, a WNS (Capgemini Company), is an award-winning organization focused on delivering data and analytics solutions. The Senior Client Partner will manage high-impact client relationships and support clients' digital transformation journeys, overseeing the sales cycle and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for new & existing clients, managing daily sales and account responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of client needs within their business strategy and digital landscape
Onboard, manage, and nurture complex client relationships, fostering long-term success
Build strategic plans for client success across your portfolio of clients and prospects
Coordinate technical resources to ensure client needs and project goals are met
Oversee all aspects of the direct sales organization to drive sales performance and meet goals
Facilitate management reviews to assess account performance metrics and business initiatives
Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery for optimal client experience
Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
Coordinate with Snowflake and Kipi.ai account teams to align on customer projects and objectives
Aside from new business, identify opportunities for Kipi.ai service expansion within existing client relationships and regions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of enterprise sales experience (a must), preferably in the cloud, data, or AI ecosystem
Proven experience in client relationship management with strong organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with financial data analysis to guide decision-making
Location in Denver (preferred); open to San Francisco, Seattle, Dallas or Austin

Strong business acumen and excellent discovery skills, with a results-driven, 'hustler' mindset
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and executives
Skilled in collaborating with internal teams to craft and present customized service proposals
Talent for developing presentations that highlight value by addressing specific client pain points
Expertise in contract negotiation, achieving agreements that benefit all parties
