Responsibilities
Develop code components in Gosu language as part of change control process to implement new functionalities in Guidewire Claim Center
Work on Guidewire Claim Center batch jobs development
Needs to have experience in configuring destinations and pub sub event model of GW
Fix application defects by doing code changes, develop unit test cases using GUnit as per process
Participate in business requirements and functional requirements gathering calls, which involves a review of existing systems configurations and operating methodologies as well as understanding evolving business needs
Analyze and design Technical specification and Functional specification documents for Guidewire Claim Center application functionalities as per Business requirements
Participate and Drive Agile scrum calls
Organize and drive defect walk thru/KT meetings to Production support and other teams
Qualification
Required
Guidewire Claim Center or Insurance Suite certification required
Minimum 6-7 years' experience in Java
3-4 years' experience in Guidewire Claim Center Configuration/ GOSU development
Develop code components in Gosu language as part of change control process to implement new functionalities in Guidewire Claim Center
Work on Guidewire Claim Center batch jobs development
