Patient Care Technician Surgical Intermediate Care Full Time Days

Responsibilities
Direct care of the 2A patients will be provided by registered nurses with an ideal ratio of 1:3-4 patients for step down level of care
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Nursing students who have completed one clinical rotation
Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, or nursing school students with one semester of clinical completed
CPR – Basic Life Support
Physical demands required for this role include lift/carry up to 50 pounds and a push/pull force up to 50 pounds
Preferred
Phlebotomy experience
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant program or Graduate of Phlebotomy course
