Responsibilities
Serve as project manager on large and complex projects with multi-discipline project teams
Serve as Line Manager to recruit, develop, supervise, and retain junior staff
Serve as project principal, supervising less experienced project managers on smaller less complex projects
Supervise and direct preparation of planning studies, evaluations, and feasibility studies for water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure projects
Supervise and direct preparation of plans and specifications for new facilities and rehabilitation of existing facilities
Supervise and direct construction engineering support services
Lead the technical development of proposals
Serve as account leader responsible for creating and growing relationships with one or more clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Environmental or similar)
Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Colorado
8+ years total experience in planning, design, and construction management of water, and wastewater infrastructure projects for major utility client
Strong technical skills and technical leadership experience, preferably including water or wastewater treatment plants
5+ years experience in managing multi-discipline project teams
5+ years experience in managing proposals for engineering projects
Experience in an entrepreneurial environment managing and growing client relationships
