Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development and implementation of HCL Commerce-based ECommerce solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solution design
Oversee development activities ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization
Manage integrations with third-party systems, payment gateways, OMS, CRM, ERP
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams
Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of ECommerce platforms
Drive continuous improvement through automation, code reviews, and performance tuning
Qualification
Required
12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in HCL Commerce IBM WebSphere Commerce
Strong background in ECommerce architecture and development
Expertise in Java/J2EE RESTful APIs and Microservices
Hands-on experience with HCL Commerce customization, storefront development, and server-side components
Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CICD pipelines
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
