Responsibilities

Safely transport products to dispensaries and wholesale partners while following all company and state regulations
Execute deliveries on time and communicate proactively with the logistics team and dispensaries regarding any delays
Follow best practices for safety both on the road and during loading/unloading
Maintain clean, well-kept vehicles and document all vehicle maintenance and issues
Complete all required delivery paperwork, including checklists and rejection forms
Partner closely with the inventory team to resolve product-related issues and ensure delivery accuracy
Collaborate and communicate with dispensaries to coordinate delivery schedules and maintain strong relationships
Support other departments when routes are completed, including packaging, labeling, inventory, and general production needs
Maintain accurate driver logs and uphold compliance with all company policies, procedures, and state and federal laws
Work a flexible schedule that may include extended hours to meet operational needs

Required

You have a valid Utah State Driver's License and a clean driving record and can pass a full background check
You are at least 25 years old
You're dependable, organized, and committed to following assigned routes, schedules, and safety procedures
You understand and follow all state regulations governing cannabis delivery and compliance
You're comfortable driving a Sprinter van or similarly sized vehicle
You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Preferred

You have previous experience in the cannabis industry or a similar regulated environment
You've worked in customer service and know how to build positive relationships
You're familiar with inventory or logistics processes
You take initiative and enjoy helping where needed across departments
