Responsibilities

Review and utilize existing asset management data and as-built drawings
Conduct on-site inspections of transit assets to verify current conditions
Update asset records with red-line markups and digital data to reflect actual site conditions
Identify and document quality issues and discrepancies during asset checks
Detect potential failures or risks that may otherwise go unnoticed
Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure alignment with asset management standards
Maintain compliance with safety and operational guidelines throughout all activities

Required

High School and 4 years of related asset management or transit systems or related fields or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred

Proficiency in asset lifecycle management and condition assessment
Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and schematics
Experience with excellent attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills
Proficient in work environment communication and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems
Experience with GIS tools for spatial asset data management
Familiarity with digital documentation platforms and red-line markup tools
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
