Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices (Windows, iOS, Android) across multiple field offices

Perform system maintenance using device management tools to deploy updates and maintain compliance

Support security operations , including monitoring user accounts and endpoint security

Train users on secure file transfer and data sharing platforms

Manage user, group, and computer accounts within a centralized directory service

Assist with security awareness training and phishing simulations

Manage tickets and documentation using an online ticketing system

Act as on-site technical leadership, troubleshooting imaging and LAN connectivity issues in the field

3+ years of experience in help desk / telephone support

Exceptional customer service skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications

macOS support experience

Google Workspace administration experience

Experience working in government or conservation organizations
