Commercial Project Manager
Centurion Stone of Iowa is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from contract award through closeout. This role involves managing project lifecycles, ensuring schedules and budgets align, and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead the project team overseeing a project coordinator, and small team of superintendents
Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, procurement, execution, and closeout
Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with superintendents and field leadership
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate scope understanding and installation requirements
Coordinate material procurement including takeoffs, purchase orders, delivery tracking, and lead‑time management
Monitor project budgets and track labor, materials, and subcontractor costs
Lead project meetings with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
Resolve field issues by collaborating with Project Managers, quality staff, and other trades
Manage change orders including pricing, documentation, and client communication
Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer requirements
Oversee punch list completion and ensure timely project closeout with accurate documentation
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of project management experience in exterior cladding, building envelope systems, or commercial construction
Strong understanding of cladding materials and assemblies such as fiber cement, metal panels, EIFS, WRB systems, and flashing
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, details, and specifications
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office
Strong communication and leadership skills for working with clients, field teams, and subcontractors
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment
Review project contracts and write subcontractor contracts
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred but not required
