Qualification
Required
10 years of experience
Expertise in managing the product development process using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Deep understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
Knowledge of how J2EE applications are built, tested, and deployed
Familiarity with popular web frameworks
Knowledge of how data is stored and retrieved
Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Proficiency with database concepts
Knowledge of related web technologies to understand UI/UX constraints and possibilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to define the product vision, create a compelling roadmap, and prioritize features and tasks based on user needs, market trends, and business goals
Utilizes data analysis and critical thinking to identify user pain points, assess potential technical problems, and make data-driven decisions
Inspires and guides cross-functional teams, manages expectations, resolves conflicts, and ensures alignment across all departments involved in the product's success
Proactively identifies potential technical bottlenecks or project risks and develops mitigation strategies
