1+ years expHightop Hospitality is seeking a Venue Sales & Operations Manager to join their growing catering and events division. This role is responsible for driving venue sales while overseeing day-to-day venue operations and event execution for multiple event centers.

Responsibilities
Meet or exceed monthly and annual venue booking goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries, venue tours, and client showings
Create and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients
Actively sell venue offerings, catering services, and event enhancements
Plan and execute sales-driven marketing events such as open houses, wedding fairs, and tours
Manage daily venue operations and event logistics
Oversee event planning, coordination, and on-site execution
Serve as the primary client contact throughout the planning process and event day
Coordinate with catering teams, vendors, and internal partners to ensure seamless events
Lead by example to create a positive, professional environment for staff and vendors
Assist with event setup and teardown as needed
Complete weekly and monthly sales and operations reporting
Maintain accurate booking, revenue, and event documentation
Uphold brand standards, service quality, and operational consistency across venues
Qualification
Required
1-2 years of experience in venue sales, event sales, or venue/event management
Proven track record of successful sales bookings and revenue growth
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Exceptional guest service mindset and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally (event setup/teardown)
Full-time availability with flexibility to work nights and weekends
