Responsibilities
Support the Marketing Manager through creative execution, content development, and visual storytelling
Focus on graphic design, photography, photo editing, and video production to visually tell the brand story
Execute approved campaigns and ensure high-quality, on-brand creative assets are delivered accurately and on time
Work on projects including print and digital advertising, signage, billboards, posters, social media graphics, newsletters, menus, and other visual materials
Develop effective layouts and vector graphics for print, digital, social, and various media
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field required
Strong background in graphic design, photography, and video editing, with a keen eye for brand identity, layout, typography, color theory, and composition
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro)
Experience designing and preparing files for digital and print production, including large-format graphics, menus, signage, and collateral
Working knowledge of photography and videography, including lighting, composition, and post-production editing
Strong understanding of social media content creation and platform best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support visual storytelling through copy and captions
Highly creative, receptive to feedback, and able to refine work based on direction and brand standards
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong computer skills, with the ability to work across MAC and PC platforms; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Creative problem-solver with the ability to self-start and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to read and write

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to stoop or bend
Must be able to perform repetitive motion
Preferred
Familiarity with web design and content management systems such as Squarespace and/or WordPress preferred
Strong analytical skills, including interpreting ad performance data (Google, Facebook, etc.) and budget tracking
