Responsibilities
Training - Attend all classroom training and complete required training elements by established deadlines. Demonstrate ability to apply knowledge through classroom exercises and on the job training. Earn required licenses within expected timeframe
Sales - Apply specific classroom instruction behaviors to customer interactions through a job shadow experience. Demonstrate proficiency through customer interaction by achieving results on relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned. Engage with customers, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach
Service Standards - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues. Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and take prompt actions to address immediate needs. Proactively look for way to optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives and leveraging tools to enhance activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lending
Your continued employment in the Financial Services Development Program is contingent upon you participating in the next available Licensed Platform Associate 'LPA' track and having or acquiring all state and federal licenses and registrations necessary for you to carry out your assigned responsibilities within 6 months of beginning the LPA track
Securities Industries Essentials (SIE) and Series 6 licenses obtained within 3 months of beginning the LPA track
Series 63 and Life Insurance licenses obtained within 5 months of beginning the LPA track
SAFE Act registration required within 6 months of beginning the LPA track
