Responsibilities
Perform data entry for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory transactions
Do filing
Answer phones as needed
Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial and operational reports
Perform other administrative and accounting support duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Accounting Software, preferably MAS100
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles
Experience with creating and analyzing Financial Statements
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
