Responsibilities

Establish research and quality standards and ensure they are being adhered to across all research projects
Develop new research projects and research directions alongside managing director and faculty director
Work with the Faculty Director and Managing Director to prioritize and manage research and projects
Lead and conduct research on projects
Facilitate knowledge sharing and organize trainings to enhance research capacity
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

PhD with 3 to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Understanding of housing policy issues required
Strong interpersonal communication skills are essential with the ability to communicate effectively across a diverse community
The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and as part of a team
The ability to thrive in a diverse working environment
Proficiency and comfort with Microsoft applications
